Terms of Service

Effective Date:** June 15, 20

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of `Eunibot`, a Discord bot operated by `Team Hore`. By inviting, accessing, or using `Eunibot`, server owners, administrators, and end users agree to these Terms. Discord's Developer Terms of Service govern the use of Discord's APIs and apply to developers operating bots and other applications on Discord.[cite:102]

1. Service description

`Eunibot` provides Discord automation and moderation features, which may include slash commands, voice-related moderation, server utilities, logging, or other features described in its commands, documentation, or support materials. The bot uses Discord's API as a bot account, and Discord prohibits automating normal user accounts or using self-bots.[cite:91][cite:102]

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

Users may use `Eunibot` only in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service, Developer Policy, Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws. Discord's Developer Policy prohibits uses such as scraping Discord data, targeting users with ads, selling Discord data, retaining data longer than necessary, obtaining credentials, or using API data for purposes unrelated to the app's stated functionality.[cite:100][cite:104]

Users and server administrators must not use `Eunibot` to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, spam, or violate the rights of others. Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, abuse, or bypass the technical limitations of the bot or Discord's API limits, which Discord sets and enforces in its developer rules.[cite:100][cite:102]

3. Permissions and server admin responsibility

By adding `Eunibot` to a server, the person inviting it represents that they have authority to do so and to grant the requested permissions. Server owners and administrators are responsible for reviewing the permissions granted to the bot, configuring channels and role access appropriately, and using the bot in a manner consistent with member expectations and applicable law.[cite:100][cite:104]

4. Data and privacy

Use of `Eunibot` is also governed by the Privacy Policy below. Discord's developer rules require developers to provide and adhere to a privacy policy and to protect user privacy when using the API.[cite:101][cite:102]

5. Availability and changes

`Eunibot` is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may be added, modified, suspended, or removed at any time, including to maintain security, comply with Discord requirements, prevent abuse, or improve the service. Discord may also monitor API usage, review applications, and enforce limits or restrictions on API access.[cite:97][cite:100][cite:102]

6. Termination and suspension

Access to `Eunibot` may be limited or terminated at any time for users or servers that violate these Terms, abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or create legal or security risk. Access may also end if Discord suspends the bot, revokes API access, or otherwise requires changes under its platform rules.[cite:100][cite:102][cite:104]

7. Disclaimer of warranties

`Eunibot` is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. No guarantee is made that the bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, `Team Hore` will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use `Eunibot`.

Privacy Policy

Effective Date:** June 15, 20

This Privacy Policy explains how `Team Hore` collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information in connection with `Eunibot`. Discord's developer rules require a privacy policy that clearly and accurately describes what information an API client collects and how it uses and shares that information.[cite:101][cite:102][cite:104]

1. Information collected

Depending on the bot's features, `Eunibot` may collect and process the following categories of information:

  • Discord identifiers, such as user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, and message IDs, when needed to make commands, moderation rules, settings, or server-specific features function.[cite:100][cite:102]
  • Command inputs and bot interaction data, such as slash command usage, timestamps, and settings chosen by server administrators, when needed to operate requested features.[cite:100][cite:104]
  • Technical and diagnostic data, such as error logs and rate-limit or uptime information, when needed for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and service reliability.[cite:97][cite:100]
  • Voice-state or moderation event data only if required for the bot's stated features, such as enforcing a server rule tied to voice-channel events. Discord's policy requires API data to be used only as necessary to provide the application's stated functionality.[cite:97][cite:100][cite:104]
  • If `Eunibot` does **not** store message content, direct messages, audio, or other sensitive content, state that clearly here. If it **does** store any such content, describe exactly what is stored, why it is necessary, who can access it, and how long it is retained.[cite:92][cite:101]

    2. How information is used

Information is used only for purposes necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve `Eunibot`, including:

  • Executing commands and responding to user or admin requests.
  • Applying moderation or automation rules configured for a server.
  • Storing server-specific preferences and bot configuration.
  • Detecting abuse, debugging errors, and maintaining operational security.
  • Complying with legal obligations or valid enforcement requests where required by law.
  • Discord's Developer Policy prohibits using Discord data for unrelated purposes, selling it, disclosing it to ad networks or data brokers, or processing it in ways that violate user expectations.[cite:100][cite:104]

    3. Legal basis and consent

Where applicable, processing is based on legitimate interests in operating and securing the bot, performance of requested services, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where needed. Bot actions that affect users should align with Discord's rule that developers may not trigger actions on behalf of users except in response to express opt-in or otherwise appropriate platform interactions.[cite:100]

    4. Data sharing

`Team Hore` does not sell or rent Discord data. Information may be shared only in the following limited cases:

  • With service providers or hosting providers that help operate the bot, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
  • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or valid governmental request.
  • To protect the security, integrity, rights, or safety of users, servers, Discord, or the public.
  • As part of a business transfer, if the bot or its operating assets are sold or transferred, subject to applicable law.
  • Discord's Developer Policy prohibits disclosing Discord data to ad networks, data brokers, and similar monetization services without specific informed consent and forbids selling or commercializing Discord data.[cite:100][cite:104]

    5. Data retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the bot, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Discord's policy states that developers may not retain data longer than necessary for the operation of the application.[cite:100]

Suggested retention wording for a small utility bot:

  • Server configuration data: retained until removed by a server administrator or until the bot leaves the server.
  • Diagnostic logs: retained for up to `[X days]` unless needed longer for security investigation.
  • Moderation records: retained for `[X days/months]` if the bot includes moderation history features.
  • 6. Data security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Developer credentials and bot tokens must be handled securely under Discord's developer rules.[cite:97][cite:102]

    7. User rights and deletion requests

Users and server administrators may request access, correction, deletion, or export of stored data associated with `Eunibot`, subject to applicable law and technical feasibility. Discord-focused guidance also commonly recommends offering a practical deletion or opt-out route for bot-related stored data when such data exists.[cite:92][cite:98]

Requests may be sent to `anbermicow33@gmail.com` or through `[]`. Include enough identifying information, such as server ID or user ID, so the request can be verified and processed.

    8. Children's privacy

`Eunibot` is not intended for children under the minimum age required to use Discord in the relevant Indonesia. Discord's Developer Policy prohibits providing or directing services to children under 13 in the United States, or below the relevant age of digital consent elsewhere.[cite:100][cite:104]

    9. International transfers

If information is processed or stored in a country different from the user's location, it may be transferred to and processed in that country, subject to appropriate safeguards where required by law.

    10. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the bot, a support server, a website, or another reasonable notice method before or when the change becomes effective.
